TMTA Southern Branch invites all instrumental and vocal students of TMTA members to participate in an afternoon of music making and performances at the TMTA Music Competition.

A friendly and supportive environment, the TMTA Music Competition is a great opportunity for students to perform to a small audience and share in live performances together. We are delighted to welcome Australian pianist, Amanda Hodder to adjudicate and provide feedback on the day, awarding a total prize pool of over $500 across the sections.

Students will each perform two contrasting works, one of which must be from memory, in graded categories. A copy of the music should be provided for the adjudicator on the day and entry forms must be received prior to the performance day.

Venue operators and TMTA volunteers will observe Covid Plans to promote the safety and wellness of all attendees. Audience entry is by donation at the door.

Entries close Friday 17th August and must be emailed to Lynette Smith.
